La storia del brand
The history of Pratic began in the 1960s in Ceresetto, a hillside village in the province of Udine, in northeastern Italy. From the very beginning, the company distinguished itself through precision craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to artisanal quality.
The company’s first creations were awnings with wooden frames, designed to provide shade and comfort in outdoor spaces. Just five years later, Pratic obtained its first patent for the “cappottina” (dome-shaped awning), an innovation that introduced a new sun-shading solution to the market.
In the years that followed, continuous technological research and design innovation drove the company’s evolution. Awnings gradually became more than just sun protection solutions, enhancing architectural aesthetics and improving the usability of outdoor spaces, from private residences to commercial environments.
As its product range expanded and new types of pergolas and roofing systems were developed, Pratic strengthened its position in the outdoor living sector, while keeping all production entirely in Italy.
Today, the company stands as an internationally recognized leader, combining its rich heritage of artisanal expertise with a continuous commitment to innovation, design, and manufacturing excellence.
